*Apply: with a heat press set a 350 degrees Fahrenheit press for 10-15 seconds, using medium to heavy pressure.
*Cold peel the carrier sheet after heat pressing is completed
*Wash: gentle cycle. Hang dry or dry at lower than 175 degrees Fahrenheit
